Welcome to the website of QAF LTD FOR IT SERVICES (“QAF”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of the site
This website provides information about our IT services and a way to contact us. It does not create a client engagement by itself. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. No login / accounts
Public pages do not require registration. You are responsible for information you submit via contact channels.

- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the site or related systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Do not scrape the site in a way that impairs performance or violates law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, QAF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.

مرحبًا بكم في موقع QAF LTD FOR IT SERVICES («الشركة»، «نحن»). باستخدامكم للموقع فإنكم توافقون على شروط الاستخدام هذه. إن لم توافقوا، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. غرض الموقع
يقدّم الموقع معلومات عن خدماتنا التقنية وطريقة للتواصل معنا. لا يُنشئ بذاته علاقة عميل. أي مشروع يُنظَّم باتفاق مكتوب منفصل.
2. بدون تسجيل
الصفحات العامة لا تتطلب تسجيلًا. أنتم مسؤولون عن المعلومات التي ترسلونها عبر قنوات التواصل.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
- عدم محاولة تعطيل الموقع أو فحصه أو إساءة استخدامه أو أنظمته.
- عدم إرسال محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو مضلل.
- عدم استخراج بيانات الموقع بطريقة تُضعف الأداء أو تخالف القانون.
4. الملكية الفكرية
محتوى الموقع والعلامة والصور الأصلية مملوكة لـ QAF أو مرخّصيها. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي.
5. دقة المعلومات
نسعى لوصف دقيق للخدمات، لكن المحتوى قد يتغيّر ويُقدَّم لمعلومات عامة. ليس استشارة مهنية (قانونية أو مالية أو غيرها) ما لم نوافق صراحةً كتابيًا.

الروابط الخارجية للتيسير فقط. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو ممارساتها.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به قانون الإمارات المعمول به، لا تتحمل QAF الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدام الموقع. لا يستبعد أي بند مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
8. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبَّق في دبي، دون الإخلال بحمايات المستهلك الإلزامية إن وُجدت. لمحاكم دبي اختصاص غير حصري مع مراعاة القواعد الإلزامية.
